In theory every posture is a work in progress. Above are three that, for me, always seem to require a little more work than others to find the balance of ease and effort, and can create a mental struggle with the limitations of my body.
There’s a saying, paraphrased: “What you take for granted, someone else is praying for,” that comes to mind whenever I am seeking more than my body is ready for in any asana.
It’s a good reminder to stop my searching and realize that
sometimesbeing where I am is exactly where I need to be.
